We're looking for a personal assistant to help us from May to September to run the organisation of bookings and liase between therapists and clients.

The candidate needs to:

- Be fluent in English and Spanish and any other languages are a plus
- Be warm and friendly and focused on excellent customer service
- Own their own laptop and have a WiFi connection at home in Ibiza
- Work well under pressure and not be easily overwhelmed
- Be organised and a fast learner with good communication skills:
- Knows the Ibiza island well
- Have their own transport (not needed often, approx once or twice a week)

- 6 days a week
- Work remotely from where you wish in Ibiza, however being always responsive to the phone
- Quantity of work is variable and unpredictable
- Immediate start
